We made THE KID’S DRAWING in January 2021, on the occasion of the fundraiser for the new intensive care unit of the Biella hospital.
A child writes a letter to the hospital telling how he imagines the new multifunctional intensive care unit. He does it not only with words, but also with images, transforming a blank sheet into a drawing thanks to his hands and his imagination.
The realization of the drawing is accompanied by the voice of the child, who reads the letter offering his help and his ideas: those ideas that can change the world, but which must be put into practice. It is his invitation and encouragement to those who, in reality, will have to complete the work.
THE KID’S DRAWING was selected among the finalist works of the seventh edition of Uno Sguardo Raro, a film festival that promotes the best audiovisual works on the theme of rare diseases and social inclusion.
